Brand & Content Usage Policy

COSHUMA welcomes accurate references and links to our work. This page explains the boundary between ordinary reference and unauthorized copying or impersonation.

What you may do

You may link to COSHUMA, refer to COSHUMA by name in a truthful editorial or comparative context, and make uses that are otherwise permitted by applicable law. Do not imply that COSHUMA sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with you unless that relationship actually exists.

What requires permission

Permission is required to republish or redistribute substantial portions of COSHUMA's original editorial content, reproduce the COSHUMA logo or original graphics as your own branding, mirror or clone the site, reuse COSHUMA page designs or source code to create a confusingly similar service, or package COSHUMA materials for resale or redistribution.

Impersonation and confusing uses

Do not use the COSHUMA name, logo, or a confusingly similar presentation to impersonate COSHUMA, mislead users about the source of a page or service, or create a domain, account, or service that falsely appears to be an official COSHUMA property.

Third-party rights

Product names, vendor logos, trademarks, screenshots, and third-party materials referenced by COSHUMA remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. This policy does not grant COSHUMA rights that belong to third parties.
